Roland Hansalik has over 25 years experience in the international market place. He has 10 years institutional trading experience and 10 plus years serving private clients. He began as a Silver and Gold trader and later created an Ecu arbitrage desk at UBS in Zurich. Upon moving to London he headed the EMG desk at Lehman Brothers. After hearing his three girls develop English accents and growing tired of the dreary London weather, he decided to move across the pond and started the fixed income franchise at Lehman Brothers Los Angeles. Roland's knowledge of fixed income, stocks, commodities and currency overlay is unsurpassed in Switzerland.

Ramona Cejka-Ott joined Swiss USAdvisors Ltd. in 2015 and served as a Portfolio Manager for 7 years. She subsequently gained valuable experience at another asset manager before returning in May 2023 to assume the role of Head of Portfolio management and co-CEO. In her current position, she is responsible for the strategic and tactical asset allocation as well as providing support to Roland in leading the company. Prior to joining Swiss USAdvisors Ltd., Ramona worked for Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft (Schweiz) AG for 10 years . She holds a degree in Banking & Finance and is a certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst CESGA. She speaks fluently German and English.

Tatjana Pandurov joined Swiss USAdvisors Ltd. in September 2022 as a Junior Portfolio Manager. She handles the development of trading ideas, asset allocations, FX Trades and the collaboration with customers, partners and banks. She also monitors regulatory and customer related requirements. Tatjana has worked previously for another Aquila Partner as a junior Portfolio Manager and is a certified International Investment Analyst CIIA. She speaks fluently German, English, Spanish and Serbian.

Mark Lazarevs joined Swiss USAdvisors Ltd. in June 2022 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. He is responsible for assisting in portfolio managment, executing orders and handling administrative tasks and supporting the firms marketing efforts. Mark has been working in different areas of finance since 2019 and possesses a BA in Business from Riga International School of Economics. He speaks fluently German, English and Russian.

Claudia Hansalik has been responsible for Swiss USAdvisors administration since inception. Additionally, Claudia oversees all Compliance related topics including KYC updates, Contracts with Clients, Banks and Partners, PEP reviews, and PCC for staffing. Web Site Management, Telecommunications, Database management and Billing of quarterly Fees are also her responsibilities. She holds a BA Degree in Marketing and speaks German and English fluently. In essence Claudia makes sure all aspects of the firm run smoothly.
